Technology Integration 101 – Methods of Teaching – the “How”

The top portion of the WELES tool shows six Methods of Teaching or pedagogical strategies, used by educators to accomplish the teaching and learning requirements in their classroom. The methods draw from the pedagogical foundations of Expository and Inquisitory presentation, Generative learning, Collaborative learning, Problem-based learning, and Anchored instruction and are titled: Present, Guide, Active Learning, Collaborative Learning, Problem-Based Learning, and Role-Playing.
